Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
We will gladly accept your returns up to 30 days if you are not happy with the item or it doesn’t fit. Please let us know within 7 days of purchase or when you received it. Please email to info@tugtees.com.
If you are exchanging for another size, we want to be sure that before you ship we have the correct size in stock. If not, we may be able to give you an alternative color or design. In any case, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise so we can expect it.
Your item will be exchanged or refunded as long as:
- You communicate with us within 7 days of receipt or when you received it.
- The item is in perfect condition and has not been worn.
- A copy of the original sales receipt is included with.
- Name and shipping information is included.
We are not responsible for the return shipping charges but we will be happy to exchange it and ship back to you for free!
Please be sure to have tracking information as we are not responsible for it.
